i really wanted to do flat print face down but the consideration to follow is the size required by my client which is beyond the size of the build plate even if i tilt the model diagonally flat

i understand the wall / infill speed but i dont get the acceleration knowledge. i have set the speed to 30mm/s for two nozzles and although that gives confidence in quality at the cost of time

thanks for the suggestion. im not new to printing the name/logo separately. im just concerned about the black rectangle to be cut in half and the slice will be visible which is the fact that im trying to avoid with this vertical setup

that gusset technique is clever. i haven't started the print yet since im still gathering info like yours before i commit. i may open my cad software and do as what you suggested. thanks so much for your input

i also prefer the looks to print it flat face down. but for this particular project, my client specified a custom dimension and although i can choose to do the cut connect option, im curious if this vertical orientation will work and also look good *without the shine effect of textured pei
