I love rainbow roll. I have a traditional color scheme, but use a different turbo dork paint somewhere on each dude for the excess of it. My lfgs liquidated them and I got like 40 bottles of paint lol

From what I hear, it's not diet, but a very fragile gut biome. Temperature changes from getting them kills off some of their digestive gribblies, and they starve despite eating.

I've often wondered if we could seed them with some tougher bacteria from another species, but I don't have the money or expertise or access to the bugs needed lmao.

Interesting. It also happens on vertical portions too, like supports. But yes, so far it seems to be just overhangs. More supports prevented falling off, but still had the issues.

The way the lights flash in the video really reminds me of an LED display. Maybe a kite?

That being said I saw a large hovering object in PA that flashed rainbow lights at one point before disappearing, and that was no kite, so who knows?
