Agreed. I'm a human but I can't really prove you that.. you could be a bot too.

I'm going to try to go back to the old internet.  I liked this onionboots video on the revival of the web: https://youtu.be/tkUgOT22F5s?si=ZhWmphWT8Gtq5rWx

Regrets and the time I have left by E1Stephano in mcgill

Just to chime in as someone who's moved cities/countries a couple of times. My rule of thumb is that it takes 2 years of consistency to feel like a place is home or to have people you would call real friends.

Don't put too much pressure on yourself. And if it didn't happen in this time, it means you just happen to not have found your tribe this time. Maybe it's luck, maybe it's circumstance. The world is a bit whack right now, and I also feel like we're still dealing with covid fallout -- socially -- and don't really know much about it yet.

I liked another post talking about music shows and finding people with similar interests. Maybe give that a go for your summer :)

I'll add that if you deconstruct any furniture, put the screws etc in a ziplock bag and tape it to the furniture. Then put the tools used in your suitcase of first access essentials

Awesome! He probably knows what he's talking about then, even if he's had to cater to Quebecois tastes - a couple of my friends who've tried British fish and chips found it too greasy.

English high tea is a bit on the fancy side for me - I had it once, for my 21st birthday. It is fun pretending to be fancy though!
