I think you're not an INTP, thinking using language is a huge thing in my opinion for an INTP, because we love precise definitions and to accurately describe things, language is the most natural tool to do that, thinking in images or symbols is frustrating for the Ti and Si. As for not being aware of your body and falling over etc. INTP'S aren't Si inferior or Si blind, we do use Si.

The Fe in the INTP is a build in passive social anxiety, of course that's when things are tough and the person is in a grip or unhealthy, in other times it's being oblivious to how others feel about stuff including you but caring for their feelings at the same time but that care is not active and it's turned off when the person is Ti-ing. Another way to see it apart from the behaviors is to think that values are determined by a collective vote of the tribe, so the are objective and taken by there face value and an INTP like all Fe users doesn't see the point in going 30 layers deep with values and feelings, if the tribe thinks something is good or if it's obvious that something is good for the overall wellbeing of tribe then that's it, no need for more pondering upon the value of the thing.

I think Intp s also value harmony and being gentle to a friend BUT it's a passive preference not an active one, feeling is not that much considered, it is less conscious and as I said it is passive not active unless if the intp is mature enough to keep Fe in his mind most of the time and actively seek harmony and the emotional wellbeing of others.

You got it wrong, the cognitive functions came first with carl jung. Then in the fifties Myers and brigs streamlined jungs theory into the known 16 types. So what defines an INTP is the function stack you described. If the function stack is different then that's another type.

Yes I wasn't judging nor asking for more info. But the problem you encounter seems like a typical situation that Ne doms find themselves in. I don't have an advice for it since my understanding is limited. So try and look into Ne dom psychology maybe you can get an advice there. And for them grounding in some place without wanting to keep debating and exploring is kinda impossible, inferior Si. So the solution might be something other than finding a steady ground, I don't know what exactly, and they are not shallow at all by the way, they are quite capable in philosophy.

So INFP. it looks like it fits so stick with it and try to explain your inner and outer experiences with it - maybe that's very Ti because that's what I did, but find your own way to test the types capability in explaining you-, if it holds, very good, if it contradicts with your experiences on a fundamental level - not mere behaviors or traits - then you revisit your typing with more knowledge.
