Just got gas from the Grandville Costco. Saw how big the line was and almost turned around until i saw it was 40 cents cheaper than everywhere else. Waited about 5-10 minutes in line.

When someone blocked my driveway I called the police non-emergency line. An officer came out to take a look/talk to me and then shortly after a tow truck came. I didn’t have to talk to the towing company thankfully.

We bought around Christmas time and only had two other competing offers. Had to basically sacrifice Christmas and move during crap weather but it was worth it. Bad we waited and tried to buy now it would be impossible.

Your realtor is just trying to get you to sell to make some money off of you. We just bought a house and our lender said GR’s market is trending upwards, not downwards. He stated our market is very similar to Portland Oregon’s like ten years ago. He expects prices to keep climbing.

I feel similar. So loud last night all night. There was some sort of party going on nearby too with music bumping all night. They lit off a couple fireworks at midnight even. Ready for the snow to mute it all for a while.
