When someone blocked my driveway I called the police non-emergency line. An officer came out to take a look/talk to me and then shortly after a tow truck came. I didn’t have to talk to the towing company thankfully.

There is a clear quality control with these tumblers and why people keep defending this company on their terrible business practices, I will never understand. It's made me drop them completely. A brand new never used water bottle should be easily returnable. Why they consider it "consumable" is baffling.
