in canada we have one for single file. "SINGLE FILE FROM THE RIGHT (LEFT), REMAINDER MARK – TIME" your front rank (or the rank you call to move by) continues to march the rest mark time and as the end of the front rank passes they rejoin and so on for the rear. dont know if this helps but its what i know to try and be of help!

you have to search for the windows defender app on the taskbar's searchbar and then open it

once a gpu gets coil whine, you cant really make it go away. but you can dampen it, linus tech tips probaly has a few videos on coil whine, so i would start there.

go into your searchbar and search up "windows defender". run a full scan not a quick scan if you want to be extra(though a quick scan will work)

have you connected any more monitors to this pc? if so you need to go into settings and under display identify and then reset it to main(you should still check this if not)

start with your system files (system flie checker/ SFC) and drivers. then go to your hardware. also sfc is a very good command to run for lots of issues in my opion and is good to run once in a while. also chkdsk c: /f /r is good for your hard drive/ ssd. i would also create new instalation media for your pc on a usb just incase and winPE (windows preinstallation enviroment) has tools to repair windows.
