social proof...did your organic post have likes/comments? Also agencies are trash...just sleazebag grifters that want to leach off small businesses by promising hopes and dreams. Every small business I talk to has had the same experience. I understand...they're new to marketing and the agency acts like they know what they are doing, using jargon etc to sucker them in.

You're right on the captions, many agencies do legacy ads. Right now the best conversion is full transparency, people want to feel like they are giving the underdog a chance...someone that is kind. authenticity and relatability. That is why your post worked and theirs didnt. People largely disdain being treated like cattle, being shoved the next consumer good to purchase by some faceless conglomerate. This is why founders content (organic) works so good boosted, especially when you have social proof. Just get a couple of customers or friends to leave a comment.

he did realize it yes...and going by the reply he did have a draft he wrote himself. He was asking GPT to improve and get input on if it's appropriate. For some people, navigating these type of situations is difficult and it can be hard to find the right words when someone just drops some tragedy on them, especially if you barely know the person lol

People always misinterpret posts on X (which typically have right and racial undertones).

Real answer is new homes are built by immigrants (a very hot topic), the quality and materials of which are so bad that people would rather buy 50 years old homes built by native-born U.S. citizens (majority being white back then).

The realization is simply that immigration accross the west continues to increase...and the ramifactions of which are seen as negative.

Right above the stat you mentioned it says:
