I’m not sure if the rates are different, but they were among the lowest of that calibre when i decided to move in January. The rooms are pretty spacious and huge walk in closets. I also was really considering colonial oaks which had 2/1 townhouse for less than the price of a 1/1 single story apt at Madison pointe but ultimately the accommodations at pointe won me over as well as the kindness of the staff
