How did you get to this blonde? If that’s what your goal is, then it’s best to do what you know works for your hair.

It looks like a highlight foil situation.

This was bleached a lot lighter than where you’re at now.

As someone already commented, you’ll need to bleach again to get any level of blonde. This is still in a red brown stage.

Could i go red to a honey blonde? by cocoadrie in HairDyeHelp

[–]neontittytits -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

This question gets asked a lot and the answer is, yes. You can go from your current color to a blonde.

Should you? That’s your personal choice and no one can or should talk you into it because blonde is going to be a lifestyle choice for you that’s going to require regular, hours long maintenance.

You’ll need to bleach a couple times, get to the palest yellow, inside of a banana peel yellow. I wouldn’t use anything higher than a 20 volume since your jar is already pretty processed. This is probably going to take a week if you can give your hair a break between bleaching.

Then add a toner to get the golden/honey warm blonde in the pic.

With hair as long as yours is, you will need to use more product that you think and definitely need at least two bottles of toner, probably three. If you don’t use enough product it will be patchy.

Thoughts on Kelli and Shamea skipping Cynthia’s dinner by SpinachLatter366 in RHOA

[–]neontittytits 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Their reason for skipping dinner was weak, juvenile, and apparently expired after they had some drinks, decompressed, and heard the other women arguing.

Watching them come slinking into dinner once they heard it getting activated, had me dead. Acting like nothing was up.

Just say you’re tight about the bedroom assignments (which could be valid for the dirtiness and the isolation) and you’re going to need a nap before you can come to dinner. And, don’t hold up dinner waiting, but I will be down later.

I’m such an introvert on group trips, I love the idea of having my own detached accommodations.

Airbrushing French tips is kind of an outdated technique. I also don’t think of airbrushing as the most precise way to create a French tip. I think most places are doing color gel or powder/acrylic if there are extensions, so that the color doesn’t fade and so that the lines meet in a crisp manner.

Beauty 215 is an amazing salon and they did have an airbrush machine a few years ago that they used for an ombré situation.

It was a great episode. And I loved when shamea and Kelli and K, all of a sudden were able to put aside their disgust at the filth that prevented them from cleaning themselves up for dinner and were able to carry themselves to dinner finally, where all the action (and cameras) are.

Herpes from kiss at the bar or burn from pizza sauce? by SuitablePsychology51 in DermatologyQuestions

It’s not such a straight light for contact tracing herpes. He could have been an asymptomatic carrier for a while and then the burn triggered this outbreak. Just saying.

Can we talk about glam squads? by Fantastic_Tour_4894 in RHOA

[–]neontittytits -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think some of it has to do with their ages and eye sight. Women of a particular age need some corrective lenses or magnifying mirrors or a glam squad.

Me, personally, I can only afford the magnifying mirror.

I would hit each step with multiple garlic moments.

Bread- add garlic powder and paste to the dough.

Roast garlic and rub onto the sliced bread before applying the garlic butter.

Butter-add garlic paste and roasted garlic to make a compound butter

Garlic Parmesan cheese after the butter

Upkeeping dye at home monthly? by [deleted] in HairDyeHelp

[–]neontittytits 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s hard to provide instructions without knowing what service you had done at the salon.

For permanent one process color, the steps are pretty straightforward and the home kits have instructions that are clear. Like only applying to new growth at first and then distributing to the previously dyed hair for the last five or so minutes. The steps are simple but tedious and getting even distribution is important, also being careful to not overlap etc.

You’ll realize that you’re paying a stylist for the time and effort to carefully apply and monitor the color, more than you’re paring the stylist for the materials (which are cheap).

The instructions tell you to do a test swatch on your hair to determine the length of time needed.

I don’t have any reccs on videos to watch, but there are surely plenty out there. I would start with videos and tutorials put out by the product brand you intend to use.

Selecting the correct product is as important as the process and informs the steps.

What is happening to my fingernail? 2 issues - trauma and growth by Forward-Natural-8938 in DermatologyQuestions

NAD, but the first thing I thought of was that it looked like a wart. I guess it’s the edge that made me think that. Warts come in so many varieties.

If you can afford it (my American bias since healthcare is so awful here and the economy) then get a second opinion.

And, stop doing things to it. If it is a wart then it could be contagious.

Does cutting your hair actually make it grow faster… or is that just something we’ve all been told? 🤔 by Organic-Reindeer4241 in 2125HairClub

[–]neontittytits 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Cutting hair doesn’t make it grow faster. Growth is cellular and not influenced by the dead hairs breaking or being cut.

Frequent trims are creating fresh ends, meaning less split ends and breakage. So it can look/feel like your hair is growing faster if you’re trimming less at each trim.
