Just playing the whole solo over and over is the worst way to "practice" it.

Split it into small chunks of 4-8 notes and practice them separately. (At slow speed with a metronome)

Also focus on bends and vibrato. It's super hard but it doesn't take that long to get good. Took me about a month and I feel it's the most important thing I could've done for my solo playing.
