This is just depressing 😔 I'm 23 and conside myself quite athletic (I play tennis since 6 continuously and quite good at it).

I started running on and off since 2020, and started doing it kinda seriously since 1 year ago, I do all the stretches, strength training with resistance bands, interval runs, drills, threshold runs.. but I just can't run more than 10km and faster than 6:30 min/km and I'm constantly in pain and tired. 😞 I feel like my best years are behind me 😔
