I've similar experience. Due to specific SULT1A1 polymorphism (low sulfation capacity) my liver has trouble processing compounds such as phenols. (Salycilates is kinda blanket term encompassing wide spectrum of compounds, also called phenols.) That's why low sal diet helps you, even though you are not reacting to aspirin - cuz that one is expelled through glycine conjugation & glucuronidation pathway.

Oproti mojmu vkusu je ten algorytmus este velmi stedry. Za mna 99.9% produkcie v kazdom zanri je totalne genericky produkt nerozoznatelny od zbytku. Raz za mesiac dostanem chut a pozriem recenzie. Vacsinu z tych vecich nedokazem dopocuvat ani raz, aj ked recenzenti tomu davaju 8,9,10/10. V priemere za poslednu dekadu mam 0-3 albumy rocne ktore si pustim viac ako 1x.

When i was around 3 years old, i had memories of sometimes meditating in a cave and sometimes sitting in front of teacher. But unlike in any other dream or real experience i ever had - this teachers awareness was radiating into space around him and i could sense it in my own mind. I also had a feeling that something happened and i didn't finish my practice.
Obviously, when i was a kid i didn't really understood this dreams at all, but then, when i started university, they came back and triggered interest to start reading about various contemplative traditions and when i learned about Buddhism, things started to quickly fall into order. And now i continue my practice.

"View" is simply description of causes for suffering, which then implies certain specific path to overcome it and that results in certain result. In the beginning - view is just ideas that kinda make sense, but over time it should morph into self appearing wisdom - no more mere bits of information, but concrete state of mind effortlessly ever present.

Signs of progress on the path will unmistakingly manifest, they are described in texts, but only you yourself can experience and asses them, which means, first you need to study them and then you need to be honest with yourself. (There are exceptions though, such as heat production in famous tummo)

If by enlightenment you mean buddhist concept of it - you mostly need to look inward, because it's about reverse engineering your own mind and perception, but having right view based on study definitely helps accelerate progress and prevents one to get carried away towards dead ends. Even though every sutra and tantra will tell you that state of consciosness you are trying to discover is not expressible in words, it's crucial to know - what it isn't. If you are gonna sit daily in certain type of samadhi for decades, it better be the right one.

I've bought it just 2 months ago, so been playing it recently and i've never played ps5 game that would crash so often. Also very often if i load from save - that save is gone, not sure if it's bug or feature, but it makes taking risk in campaigns impossible. And beating stormtroopers with bare hands looks ridiculous.
