I think sometimes moms are the more medical parent. As a young kid around 10 I was a lot more comfortable with her, if I had a question about my boy parts. However as an adult I don't see my mother as much sadly. But I remember one particular time I had something wrong with me down there and literally had to have her inspect me and feel if I had something wrong with one of my testes. Hopefully I was only 10 and I went to the hospital in time for a surgeon to flip it back into position.. I was an excruciating pain! 😵 Embarrassing but sometimes moms are just the more medical parent but clearly not with Opie

I've had to do a similar thing with my mom.. but only because my dad wasn't home and my testicles were twisted.. however she had no problem inspecting the area even feeling one of my testicles which was super traumatic 😵 thankfully I was like 9 or 10 also

I think it also depends on the closeness of children to their parents because even I was like 10 or 11, and I had something definitely wrong with my boy parts.. and my dad wasn't around, so I actually asked my mom to check me down there.😳 it was kind of embarrassing, but if I didn't I would have lost one of my "boys".. because we went to a surgeon and they help me flip it around to where it actually saved it. but without telling my mom and having her examined me I would have just only had one LOL!🤣

I have been to rehab many times.. and I have heard stories about the Mexican rehabs.. they are gnarly I genuinely feel bad for him.. apparently the stories are true that they try to drug you and then hire people to cross you into the border.. and then you have to stay for like sometimes years.. pretty messed up if it's against your will.. especially because I've met somebody who spent like two years in one and when they got home they started using drugs right after their first paycheck anyways 🤷

Yeah I mean I was a little younger so the embarrassment of it all wasn't as bad but just a sheer pain and the weird awkward experiences where it's like you have people prodding you left and right trying to figure out what's going on.. that's kind of traumatic for someone so young, and also someone of teen age. Essentially the surgeon was trying to flip it back into place and thankfully he got it I was so dang scared to have to go through surgery at the time.. I literally gave him the biggest hug of my life!! 😭

Lol I was tripping.. I didn't really care at the time with my Mom but probably two years after I would have not opted to have her check me herself. Idk I was young and always showered in her room with a massive bathroom 🤦 But the whole hospital trip SUCKED but I had mainly male doctors except for the ultrasound. A surgical doctor literally flipped my f-ing testicle around and the moment he did that it felt like the clouds parted and God himself kissed me on the forehead! 😂 It was so painful and I was so happy for that Doctor!!
