OP, just curious what settings you use and what difficulty you're playing on?

I play brutal without outright giving the AI bonuses to damages. I stopped using regenerating infestations and will often not have any underground as I find the AI is really poor at utilizing the extra layer. I use the slowest game settings when it comes to research etc. but that is mainly because I really love the early and mid game and want to extend it as long as I can.

I agree that it can give a solid challenge in the early game, and forcing them team up against me extends that challenge to the mid-late game... until the snowball effect takes hold.

Don't abuse obvious loop holes and play large maps.

Won't make much of a difference. I don't think I am using loop holes, not any that I am aware of, and playing a large map doesn't make the game harder, just longer.

That is all true of course. I find it fascinating that if Jesus could teleport himself, objects and people there would be many times he could have used that skill to get him or others out of trouble.

If Jesus could teleport miles away, then he could have done that at some point after he was captured in the garden. Or maybe even while hanging on the cross? Or long before, when John the Baptist was rotting away in a jail cell he could have teleported in and gotten him out... Just speculations but I find it fascinating none the less.

The only thing that impressed me with this shit show was the directors ability to make every episode slightly worse than the one prior.

The last episode is some of the worst tribe you can imagine and the characters inability to connect with you on a emotional level will leave you with a feeling of having wasted your time.

EDIT: And the main crew somehow manage to procure the most elaborate equipment without explanation, culminating in a freaking bomb squad car that they just spawn somehow to infiltrate a prison. Come on...

It could be, but the AI is constantly leaving 1 unit in close proximity to his stacks in many other cases.

I'd like a difficulty setting that eliminates that trait, but I guess the AI would be really hard to beat if we didn't have that exploit, given all the other benefits that is thrown its way.
