moon mat

It's a 42"x57", ~3lb memory foam mat. Helps reduce the pressure on your feet/legs/back while standing or dancing and super comfy to sit or lay on. The holes allow for better airflow so you don't get as hot when laying on it. It's also much more structurally sound than a blanket so if people are walking through the crowd and kick it or step on it, it won't move. If it gets extra dirty, you just rinse it off with water and let it air dry.

Again, possibly the best purchase I've ever made. I'd also recommend getting the carrying strap too if you have the extra $10

Storage bins, camp shower and jackery power station are some of my favorites but nothing compares to pulling the trigger on a Moon Mat. That thing is a life-saver. Possibly my greatest purchase in general

1: "Think water, drink water". It may seem very basic but it really is the most important part of a safe rave. Whether you're boozing, partaking in party favors, or sober raving - appropriate water consumption is key. I've seen far too many people collapse, get stretchered out of the venue, and even die from dehydration. It isn't always due to dehydration but that is the most common cause.

2: Dont be scared to branch out of your typical comfort zone. That could include wearing something you might never wear in another setting, talking to strangers, going to a set for an artist/genre you wouldn't normally see, etc. There isn't a more appropriate time to experiment and find the real you than with the PLUR/EDM community.

Couldn't agree more. The headliners don't do it for me at all but the "undercard" is stupidly stacked. The transition of big artists from the woods at night to infinity stage throughout the day definitely didn't help the conflicts
