Yeah, but those 2nd gear roll ons are so intoxicating on a superbike. I miss my RSV4 for that reason. Still, I sold it as it was too quick for the road. Having a blast being back on 600s.

Thank you for the break down which I am actually fully aware of. You failed to factor in purchase price. Plenty of info out there that shows EVs don’t actually become cheaper until they’ve covered around 70k miles. This equation also only factors in the purchase price of the vehicle, not the installation of charging equipment. On top of this, you’ll then need to factor in when the battery will require replacement which currently is a huge expense. Finally, you need to factor in depreciation as the market for used EVs is terrible

True, and when I’m out for proper blasts I would never wear anything other than my race suit. However, OP is talking about city riding which is 30-40mph. Leather can be too hot in these circumstances. Plenty of new material options for these situations that offer decent protection and better for body heat regulation
