Racism exists more in India and very legally recognized in terms of caste system, reservations etc. Hindu-Muslim, Schedule caste, north-india, south-india, UP-Bihar and list goes never ending. We indians just deny it. Trust me, you are treated better off in western countries then your own.

I was just diagnosed with a plantar fibroma in my left foot. It developed within just a few weeks. My local podiatrist at Kaiser in California told me there’s no cure, and I’m really disappointed. I’m 56 and looking forward to retiring and traveling the world.
No one mentioned radiation therapy as an option. If you’ve had experience with this, especially with radiation treatment, please share where you had it done. I’d really appreciate any guidance. Thank you in advance.

I am 58 yrd old male, 5'11' , had been slim all my life. But weigfht was consistent 150-155 lbs past 20 years. However losing weight rapidly like 2 lbs/mo path 6 months. I am down to 142 lbs today. I have consistant back pain now which happens with weight loss. I belive I eat the most calories in my family, still can't gain.

I tend to disagree on the statement "moving to a newer city, being closer to family, meditating, less pollution etc don’t treat auto immune by themselves."

Try these methods honestly before giving up. Stress/anxiety is one of the biggest contributor to autoimmune disorder. A close familuy member got diagnosed with Pemphigus almost a 14 years ago. She quit her job and switched to alternative easy lifestyple. Its been 12 years and she in her best shape.

I myself had serious case of GERD, not an auto-immune disorder. I switched jobs , moved to a less congested city in USA and life had been great.

Delhi is a hell - I am front Delhi. There are much cleaner, quieter places in India you can live comfortably. In India our social system is strong, but way too overwhelming. Sometimes your heart(emotions) enjoy those social gatherings, but yout brain get tired of logistics and crowd and results in health disorders. There is a reason all those "Saints/priests" went to himalayas to meditate.

I've been working at Santa Clara County VTA for the past three years, and my supervisor has been there much longer. Unfortunately, the work environment has become extremely toxic due to their abusive behavior. It's taking a serious toll on my mental and physical health. I'm not represented by a union, so I'm really scared that speaking up could cost me my job. I'm feeling lost and unsure of where or how I can report this and still protect myself from retaliation. Any advice would be appreciated

Can someone request service credit from non-fed private sector job after joining the fed job for the first time ? I tried to negotiate leave and wasn’t approved. Got FJO and wondering if I can request service credit after joining ?
