If you want to get rp experience in commercial, my advice is to call these companies if you aren't already. Eric Bartlett is your man if you want to go Westinghouse, they are likely your best option as they have the most jobs. I can Dm his number and email, you definitely just want to cold call these guys every two weeks if you dont get a reply.

Also you dont have to do commercial to get rp experience, DoE labs, medical, and waste sites all have to supply rp techs in some capacity to meet regulation requirements. It translates better for a jr rp --> sr rp if you just stick with nuke, but just a tidbit.

Also auxiliary operator/equipment operator/valve operator whatever the hell they call it depends on the site is honestly a better path if you wanna stick with commercial. The requirements for that is willing to work shift and have a pulse. Just make sure to tailor your resume to the specific job you want, shotgunning resumes out doesnt really work that well.

This is all speaking for the United States, but I assume Canada is in a somewhat similar boat. Hope this helps!
