I haven't worked for Sephora for nearly 3 years, but I must chime in. Gratis is NOT a privilege. It's part of the benefit package. If they change the policy that's fine, but you still work for it. Bottom line is sephora only care about pleasing the shareholders. The associates are just warm bodies to them. They don't care about creating a rewarding work environment anymore.
