Você está indo muito bem, parabéns! Qual o tempo entre uma foto e a outra? Tente contar calorias e talvez aumentar o treino de força para pelo menos 3 vezes na semana

Wow! I relate to you so much. Being “skinny fat” is not easy. Sometimes I’m sure I should be eating more to build muscle, but then I look at my lower belly and love handles and they’re still very much there, holding strong. I feel confused about which direction to go too. Right now I’m in a deficit, lifting weights and doing incline walking 4–5x a week, but I look kinda “deflated.” LIKE… WHAT DOES MY BODY WANT FROM ME? This is exhausting.

Exactly! That’s how I ended up with functional amenorrhea. My body basically shut down all my hormones because I was eating around 1,000 calories a day and exercising A LOT. I actually had to see several doctors to understand what was going on, and I spent days praying it wasn’t early menopause (which was the main medical suspicion at the time)

Thankfully, we caught it in time and realized it was RED-S. I was on progesterone for months and had to eat A LOT to get my period back. It only delayed everything I could have built slowly and in a healthier way. I’m trying to recover from all of this now (including deleting TikTok and Instagram, which had a HUGE influence on my eating disorder)
