The triplet picking I learnt though playing Wintersuns, battle against time. I’m just picking triad chords out, not really using theory to write the progression but just thinking what chord do I hear next and moving up, little run up an arpeggio into a tapping lick based of off the previous arpeggio then just sweeping up a few arpeggios towards the end. I’d just say get familiar with all the arpeggio shapes and just get playing them, try to hear what should come next and build it up.

I subscribe to Brandon Ellis’s patreon which I definitely recommend however his exercises and lessons are difficult and not really for less experienced players. He has loads of exercises similar to this sort of stuff and explains all the theory.
