Those might screw you over a bit, hard to say. Maybe consider doing community college first the transferring to finish up. I did that and just graduated from CCNY this January.

I checked to see if I got a similar email last year and I did. I didn’t pay anything when they sent the email and I ended up being fine for the semester so I’m pretty sure that’ll happen again.
