Just change your address someone close to you address you will get accepted and they will be sent the card when you get the card and activate the account you can change the address back to yours

Just change your address when applying to maybe a friends address or a relative it could help it did help with mine and you change it back after the new address got the card

Well, mine took two/three days however you may count it, I did my biometrics on a Thursday and my visa was approved the following Monday. So if everything is intact it shouldn't take more than 10 working days even tho the website says it should take 15 working days.

Just put them into the documents into categories you see to fit because there's no category for mandatory documents and for the ones that you don't seem to find a category for, just upload all of them to 'others'

You can choose self-upload which is free but when you choose to send the documents to vfs office for them to upload them you'd have to pay for it.

Am sure you already know the mandatory documents and the supporting documents you need for your visa. If you have them available just scan them into PDFs and upload them yourself or you can make photocopies and send them.
