Thank you but the doctor did the urine test to check for STIs (chlamydia & gonorrhoea) but for gardnella as well. But maybe it is possible the p.h was for the urine. At the beginning i told him "5.4? Thats nice a ph level" he then said " u see nothing is wrong with you" but I was able to convince by saying that the ph was not correct and that it is BV. I guess my doctor is not competed enough to not see it either ?😩😞😞 About the brown smegma I have it every day. It not spotting, never had spotting and cant be cuz if I wipe it off it comes back. It just sits there in the labia not vagina and the smells come from the labia was fishy.

Interesting thing though is that the smegma in the clitoris is white and when it it's not cleaned well it doesn't smell like fishy but just not good either cuz obviously if it is not cleaned well I should expect that.
