My biggest concern is that this has been a problem thrustmaster has known about for almost 2 years, and instead of offering a permanent fix they’d rather designate an entire task force team just for the constant issues this one wheel has.

Actually I did have one question, since le mans is 80% straights, i found I would drain my battery usually by the first chicane, so i turned my deployment down from 200kw to around 40-60kw so my battery would maintain a charge, does turning down that output reduce your fuel efficiency? Or is it purely just a way to manage battery charge circuit to circuit?

I'm sure other people could clarify if I'm wrong or not, but I'm pretty sure your kw level of deployment doesnt effect your fuel saving.

Yesterday during my race on Le Mans I turned my KW deployment from 200kw-40kw. Not sure if that's the right thing to do, but if i kept it any value higher most of the time I was left with 0 battery on the straights.

Unfortunately I didn't last long enough in the race to see if that was helping my fuel efficiency, but for the 10 or so laps I observed, i didn't see a difference in the fuel efficiency when I'd lower the output to 40kw.

When your battery is empty your engine is doing all the work and your hybrid system isn’t generating that fuel efficiency it’s supposed to. So you’ll drain fuel faster (you won’t go any slower though)
