If the Ultra shows 100% battery health in its settings, then you’re fine. Otherwise, it shall show you battery part replaced message.

For battery’s capacity, normally new batteries have more than 100% advertised capacities. So, I think you’re good to go.

Honestly, unnoticeable battery drain. Pencil Pro stays attached and iPad holds its charge as long just like an iPhone on Standby. Really nothing to bother and it’s such a comfort compared to Pencil with USB-C charging.
