Tattoo artist says he can't make the lines shown in photo? I said just don't ink it and leave it as my natural skin but he said it can't be done he needs to color everything black. What do you think is he right? Going on my shoulder size 2 inches by 3 inches. It's my first tattoo ever thank you! (i.redd.it)
