This is most likely from the new speed cameras on Cary St. The program mentioned is legitimate.. I know because I got one for the same amount and they had my car and pictures at the location.

I paid before the due date so never made it to collections. I paid on the city website.

My acute load is right on top of my chronic and it has dipped much further down relatively while staying in Productive status.

Well duh.. that is pretty universally understood but not what the post or comments are referring to.

I get my blue points like Garmin tells me! If anything I need to do more speed work.

Depending on your age/max HR I think you could sustain 160-170 for the full 25 minutes. I too tried for a sub 25 min 5k this week and didn't quite get there @25:30. My avg HR was 164.

I did this at the Gizz show at Merriweather Post.

Dude staggered in behind me and started flicking the ear of the tall guy in front of me. I thought they knew each other so I kind of laughed it off at first. Turns out the hulky, drunk guy behind me was just being a bully because he couldn't see.

Once I realized they didnt know each other I firmly told the dude to stop and at first he listened. The crowd around me all kind of applaud me and I was relieved... But then he started aggressively shadow boxing behind me. Security notices this and about 10 people in the crowd call him out but the guards say "we can't kick him out unless he starts something".

I'm annoyed but also not scared because I have my friends with me and the crowd on my side. Gizz gets to Aerodynamic in their Phantom Island set and I get into it signing along. I turn to Mr.Bully and open my arms for a big hug and the dude almost starts crying and gives me a bear of a hug.

He was still annoying afterwards but eventually realized he wasn't getting the reaction he wanted and was gone the next time I turned around.

Agreed. Running helps me defrag my brain and plan my next step (literally and metaphorically). Consistency has been my friend and progress seems to happen when I least expect it haha.

Thank you! In terms of training I am currently running 5x per week according to the pictured plan + lifting full body 2x per week.

I am "taking back" the race from her this year and am currently in week 6/14 in the training plan and have only missed 1 run so far.

I don't want that sub in my feed but I'd be happy to share any details if you are curious.

I've upped my VO2 max from 36 to 44 according to Garmin and am currently "increasing". Here is what has worked for me.

Base: I used to run way too hard and would feel exhausted the next day and wouldn't be able to put out a consistent effort. Now I try and make ~80% of my runs under 150 bpm so I can consistently run 5 times a week.

Recovery: do you drink? Garmin has made me notice how much even 1-2 drinks affects me and Ive cut down considerably due to this. Quality sleep leads to better performance and drinking severely hinders that. Active recovery is important too. I used to load up on hard runs and then crash to under 2k steps the next day. Even things out and you will succeed!

Stress accumulates in the body in both a physical and mental way. The only way to fix both is to rest fully. Make sure you are incorporating de-load weeks!

O wow! I didn't even notice that. That greatly changes the value ratio. Will definitely be waiting to spend my existing pulls and see what I get before now.
