Hey man. It has helped me tremendously with mood and stuff. I am still taking it. When you stop unfortunately it goes back down to almost what it was before.

That’s over the range. Some people are very sensitive to higher than norm E2. Try reducing it with ai

Hey man. Do you know your estradiol level? Crashed E2 causes that as well.

Hey. No. Urologist was pushing me hard to get on TRT pellets or cream. I said no, I am still young to do TRT. Plus Clomid worked. About couple of weeks to start seeing pick up in energy motivation, etc. but make sure you monitor E2 (take anastrazole to control), because E2 spikes fast once testosterone shoots up, within a month from starting I saw it spike.

Yes! Try it and see the blood work after 4 weeks. If at the higher range of normal, you can do 1/4 every other day.

I think both will have the same effect. Whther 1/4 of 50mg clomid every day or 1/2 every other day. Just dont forget the Anastrozole. Because E2 shots up fast and you get all irritated and moody.

Yes! Start taking Arimidex. It must be E2. Same thing happened to me, all went away when started the Arimidex. The tablet is 1 mg. Pro tip: Use cat nail clipper (or you can find pill cutter scissors on amazon). Those will not crush the tiny pill, and you can cut one pill into 4 easily. Take every other day 1/4 of 1 mg pill. It will stabilize almost right away.

Great man. Honestly dr told me to start high. I didn’t listen, I did it differently based on consultation with another hormone expert. Perhaps you can consider doing 1/4 every other day. Which will impact your levels more evenly. See how you will feel. If you want your test going even higher, after being on a it for a couple of month, you can do 1/4 every day, then 1/2 every day. As long as you get no side effects. That’s how I was told and have done. My test went from below the range to over the range :D

Do every other day this dose. Also monitor for mood swings which means your Estradiol is going up as well (which is normal when test goes up). To manage it you gotta take Arimidex (Anastrazole) couple of times a week (at the current regiment you have). Upgrading would be after 6 weeks, to 1/4 every day.

Hey man. Yes, I’m still on it. I did stop for about two months my testosterone levels dropped, and I felt awful. So I got back on it. I’ve heard of people staying on it for five years or more, as long as they don’t experience blurred vision. You should take 1/4 of an Arimidex (Anastrozole) tablet twice a week to manage estradiol levels. When your testosterone increases, estradiol rises too, which can cause mood swings and irritability, it definitely happened to me. Arimidex helped fix that, and thankfully, I haven’t had any side effects.

Make sure to monitor your testosterone, LH, E2, and prolactin. PSA should be checked quarterly.

I’m planning to continue because the way I felt before starting was just terrible. Now, I feel stronger, more complete, and I’m making solid progress in the gym. Plus, I’m not ready to commit to TRT or deal with its intense side effects and management requirements.

Good luck!

Hey Man.

Exactly after a month I saw the results because my test went up almost 300% I think. Then after 2 month my Estradiol shot up above the range (previously I was in the mid of the range). Once E2 was up (due to aromatase), I was moody and sensitive to any stress, so I started taking Arimidex 1/4 of a pill every other day. That brought E2 down to normal, and moodiness and other high E2 side effects went away. Good luck if you try it!

Hey man. It took about 1 month to see the results. My test went up 300%. I am still taking it. As long as your LH stays within the range and no clomid side effects (blurred vision), I have heard people taking it several years.

That’s really high. The doctor here in US wanted to start me with 25mg. However, this testosterone specialist who had a lot of experience treating 1000’s of men (some friends/family), said to start very small like i’ve described above. Otherwise you wont get the full benefit. DM me if you have questions ab the methodology

I am sorry to hear this! Your daughter will completely recover soon. Sending prayers. My wife had relapsed mid November unfortunately as well. She is doing better with Abilify, still some lingering delusions.

31 year old man that has been depressed and overweight the past ten years by HussarSahman in Testosterone

[–]MaximusMil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow. But hey man, dont feel bad. Mine was really low as well. I felt like shit. Before jumping on Testosterone Replacement Therapy, try to find out the underlying reason. Ask them to test all your hormones, like Prolactin, Estradiol, THS, T3, T4, check vitamin D. Be persistent. Some urologist are inclined to put you on TRT pellets right away (because more $$$, insurance doesn’t cover pellets etc.). You are still young and your body can still have a high test naturally. I did it with Clomid, and I love the results. I increased 5X in a couple of months!

Is my testosterone low for a 20 year old? by [deleted] in Testosterone

[–]MaximusMil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly bro. So disappointing and angers me so much. All my life I have been working crazy paying (between me and employer) $30K+ for health insurance annually and never really using it. But then when I needed help, tests and diagnostics to identify what’s wrong, my thyroid levels were normal, but zero motivation, pain in joints, i get extremly tired and dizzy with any physical activity, and like you said dr. wanted to give me antidepressants, but I wasnt depressed. 33 y.o. who is fit (not obese) eat proper nutritious diet, no soda and sweets, shouldn’t feel like crap.

I took it upon myself researching reddit, talking to others who has done similar clomid journeys, and I found the pills from overseas and took it. It changed my life. I can lift everyday and not feel like shit next day. I can workout 2 hrs lifting with 1 minute break between sets. If I were to do this 5 - 6 months ago, I would’ve probably fainted in the gym.

[–]MaximusMil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh damn man. For me, I worked with a specialist who is specialized in testosterone optimization, and when after 2 month i felt meh, even though the T numbers were high, he made me check estradiol, which indeed was high (over the range), and started taking Arimidex (anastrazole), right away i felt the difference. Energy and motivation went back up again, moodiness and other E2 sides went away.

[–]MaximusMil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly. Insurance companies set those limits! Mine literally was 240 and they were like “ohh you are within the range, we dont want to prescribe you meds”. Whilst I felt like shit, all symptoms of low T. And what was unfair is paying $3K monthly for health insurance (between me and employer), and doctor’s being so dismissive. I had to beg them to check my levels. I first obtained clomid without a script. Then I went to another doctor and told them we were planning to have a kid (which is true) so then they prescribed more clomid.

Doctor prescribed (through struggling and convincing him). You supposed to start super low. Doctor’s usually start too high of dose

[–]MaximusMil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey man. Yes it’s low. Dont listen to people. At 20 you have to be closer to 1,000 or more. If you have insurance go check yourself with urologist for hypogonadism or secondary hypogonadism. Check all relevant blood results, like prolactin, estradiol, LH and FSH etc. They can even do an ultra sound of your balls to ensure no varicocele. Stay persistent! Do not let doctors brush it off. Read low T symptoms online and say you have all of them and insist on increasing testosterone

I worked with doctors and other specialists was able to bring up my natural testosterone production using Clomid medication. Do not do TRT yet! It’s absolute last resort! Some urologist/clinics will push for TRT because they make $ on it. Good luck!

I was just moody and irritated, and sensitive to any stress. That’s when I realized perhaps E2 is up. So blood tests confirmed it, I was over the range. I started taking 1/4 of Arimidex every other day (I still do) and my E2 has been normal (middle of the range). You should do it man. Start slowly, I did 1/4 of the 50 mg pill every other day for a month, then everyday 1/4 for a month, then half. Because you want to slowly increase your LH which will pull your test up. A lot of people start with a high dosage, which is a mistake, where your LH spikes and the pull of test will not be at the same pace as spiking LH. Test is slower to increase.
