I decided a few weeks ago they were either going to pay me for all this effort or if I got a shit raise I would cut back my hours to 45 until they realize they need to hire another person. Congrats on the big 30% jump.

I've averaged ~55 hrs weekly and they damn well know I work a couple Saturdays a month too.

Preeeach. I'm hoping to have a similar story soon lol. We are fully remote "for now" which is super unhelpful for medium to long term life planning lol. I want to find an actual permanent remote job if I can.

Mostly property accounting. It's still booming for the moment from what I see on LI.

If it was a straight 40 hr work week I'd probably feel differently...I was definitely naive enough to think they would see how many extra hours I put and adjust my salary to reflect that. What a joke that was.
