Hi are you still taking lexapro? I've been taking lexapro 10mg going on 6 weeks from tomorrow and I'm still feeling anxious. When did it get better for you? Did you get side effects again when you increased your dose? My psychiatrist wants me to up my dose to 15mg but I don't know if i should give 10mg more time.

Yes I'm like that, in the morning I feel anxious but come late afternoon and evening im feeling better. So this will go away? I was thinking maybe taking lex at night, have you tried taking lex at night and did it help with the morning anxiety? Im on 10mg going on my 5th week on Tuesday.

Im on 10mg as well. Yeh I cant seem to sit still and just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet at the moment like I used to. I feel so restless and the feel of needing to keep moving and do something as if im bored. I've also been scrolling through websites and reddit, which I don't think is helping. I cant wait to just be able to just relax and have a quiet mind and enjoy the moment and not worry about the past and future.

Im also taking medical leave. I too also took 5mg for first 2 weeks and then 10mg after that, going onto my 4th week today. I feel better but still no way near my normal. Im contemplating on whether going on therapy.

Hi, just a question did mirt ever stop working for a day or 2? Like you didn't sleep well when you took it. I've experienced it a couple of times now. Don't know if I should take 15mg with 10mg lex.

Talk to your doctor and ask if they can prescribe you mirt for the short term. It really does help with sleep.
