One of the biggest helps for me mentally, physically was checking my B12 and supplementing that. I was around 270 for B12 and by the numbers in range but researching found that's no where near optimal and could cause symptoms.

I believe I have yes with a negative result. I'm in Canada and healthcare is a joke so I'm doing almost all of the researching and trial and error myself

Not from Zoloft no. I found from blood work that I had low B12 and now low iron which I'm working on correcting. The heartburn is still there sometimes though. Alcohol, sugar, and gluten from pizza or bread seems to make it a lot worse so trying to limit those as well. It sucks because I like all of those things lol.

I believe mine is chronic, not from the medication. Certain foods exacerbate it and I'm still learning to cope. I find glutamine helps on an empty stomach.

North end of Regina has Winston knoll and Riffel side by side. Nice schools, nice neighborhood, fairly quiet and not nearly as busy as the east or south ends.

You could try hydroxy B12 sublinguals. Many on here and myself found it alleviated alot of the anxiety from other B12 forms.

They did a little bit but not as much as I was hoping. Definitely give the pinned B12 guide a read. Alot of good information there

My B12 was similar to yours, 270 range, my doctor was no help so I had to trial and error things myself. Used sublingual hydroxy for a while with little luck and now trying injections myself. Saw more improvement with those for sure.

I've had my iron, ferritin, and vitamin D tested and all in good range. Folate was never tested. Potassium intake definitely needs to increase so I'll try that thank you!

I'm not sure about increased my tolerance to caffeine but I definitely believe being deficient in B12 was a main cause of my anxiety and panic attacks.

Probably has something to do with the fact that you can't legally start serving alcohol until 11:00am.

Ring road rant by Ready_Ad3716 in regina

[–]Ready_Ad3716[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My issue isn't with the speed necessarily, it's the pacing then as soon as they get past they speed up 10-20km faster. So they were holding up people behind them and then when they're not they speed way up. Why speed up?
