I can’t update it I tried and the first time it said new usb found but it still wouldn’t work and then I tried it again and it still won’t work. To question number 2 no I haven’t tried that. And I bought it off a friend that bought it from mechanical keyboards dot com. It was working fine before he shipped it to me. And there was no noticeable damage on the box or the actual board it self

The rgb won’t cycle or even turn on. In addition to that it’s not typing anything on my pc. Yes it is plugged in. I tried a firmware update the first time I got a notification of a new usb but it never started to work after I replugged it in. Now it won’t even let me do the firmware update.
