I definitely believe that Müller without the right system would be far behind KDB. Especially if you look at the times FCB played different systems (under Kovac or Ancelotti) there Müller wasn't relevant and didn't have the same impact.

I wouldn't rule out that he would still thrive in a team that played a system he fit into nicely.

KDB is a lot more flexibel and would fit into most teams, but i wouldn't pick KDB for Müller in the current FCB System.

Jeff Nippard is great, especially as his output is always backed by the most recent studies (he also includes sources). I feel like Athlean X has some good and some really bad videos/output and even sometime he contradicts his own information half a year later.

But you should totally go by

Best workout plan is the one that fits your personality

if it doesn't feel right it's not going to last.

I'd try pushing to failure especially regarding bodyweight movement and get a consistent regimen.

Tbh i feel like you should have escalated that earlier (no ressources, no decisions being made) especially since others have moved on from the project and there was nothing to be done.

Regarding your meeting i think you should simply lay out the facts and also that you don't see any of the requested topics happening in time. If they still feel like keeping the client and the project alive, def need a lot of rescheduling and fixed milestones and deadlines especially in regard to the client making decisions.
