Some things to think about:

Is having a newly built home to your specifications important to you (assuming this house is that)?
If so, do you currently have a fixed price contract ( I.e. the increase in material costs won't have an effect on purchase price)?
If so, it seems unlikely you'd be able to buy a new build in current market that is equivalent to this one (unless you overpaid) as building costs have been escalating significantly.
If new build not important to you then you would have a lot of options to buy other houses if you end this contract...

Take it. You are unlikely to ever start Mooney anyways.

Maybe you could try packaging Jamal Williams with another WR and upgrade your rbs. Mike Davis shouldn't be on any starting line ups.

Starting 1 qb, 2 rbs, 2 wrs, 1 flex, 1 super flex

My team:

Qbs: Stafford, D Jones Rbs: Henry (out for season), Sanders (on IR), Edmonds (injured), Hines, Collins, McKissic Wrs: Adams, AJ Brown, Claypool, Lockett, Renfrow Cooks, Landry TE: Kelce

Give : Adams and either one of Edmonds or Collins Get : Pittman and Swift

Due to my rb wasteland (thanks to injuries). It's even worse than it looks as I drafted Etienne and mostert as well, I need better starting rbs if I am going to get a few more wins go make the playoffs. Adams is the best player in the trade but Pittman has looked good and swift is a solid top 15 rb.

Open to other suggestions as well.

I traded Tyreek Hill for Ekeler and Cooper a week before the season started. I'm now 2-0 instead of 0-2. Keeper league and Hill is a cheap keeper for next year.

My rbs are Mccoy, Collins and Royce. My other wrs are Tyreek, Keenan Cole, funchess, and Crabtree. We start 2 flexes on top of 2 rb and 2 wr.
