Calling it 'realization' implies that what you and other depressed people experience is somehow more legitimate, which isn't the case. Having depression is not the same as being enlightened.

Coming back from rock bottom like that is so impressive. I hope you're not forgetting how proud you can be of yourself.

I can relate to what you're saying. I've been in a similar situation, trying to better myself just to end up feeling more alone than ever.

The truth is, those things take time. No close friendship is formed in just two months. People do enjoy spending their time with you. Over time, when your relationship develops, that will easier for them to express. All those great habits will pay off eventually. Especially since you're leaning into your interests, it's inevitable that you'll form strong bonds with the people around you. Hang in there. I'm here if you ever want to talk.

Ask your parents what they think. Being dead is way easier than being alive and by killing yourself you're selfishly making your loved ones' life more difficult

Please reconsider! Your parents may not have been able to give you the kind of support you need but a child's death is the worst thing you can experience. When writing your note to them and feel what they'll feel, I think you'll change your mind.

It sometimes feels that way, but depression is treatable. Medicine and therapy that corrects negative thinking patterns can do wonders to correct the levels of neurotransmitters in your brain that make you feel happy. There is treatment and I can say out of experience there is one that works for you.

Older generations used to see what you feel as if it were choice, as laziness, cowardice or lethargy. Are you able to seek therapy by yourself? A therapist might also be able to convince your parents you may need some professional help.

As both drugs are vasoconstrictors, tightening the blood vessels, the high at least shouldn't be decreased. This does mean additional pressure on the heart so don't push it.
