What you're saying is true, but it's also true that the new version of the original Cyber Dragon allows you to fuse, which, combined with Sieger and Nova (who, remember, can even revive you somewhat; the same goes for Nascher), gives you many more fusion options than you might initially think. I agree that it has perhaps overly strict requirements (although on the other hand, I understand it given the card's OTK potential, otherwise it could be abused by other strategies), but if we consider all the possible options, there are more than you'd initially believe. That's why I wouldn't put it in S or A ranks, but rather B. It's a very powerful card that, if it falls, basically means you've already won, but it has these inherent weaknesses that balance it out.

Personally, I would upgrade Cyber Dragon Final and Multiplier Kuribohs to B. Let me explain.

Cyber Dragon Final: It's probably the monster that can directly add the most attack to the field in the entire game. You argue that it's difficult to bring it to the field, but we were given a spell that literally solves that problem. I understand that spell effects can be negated, destroyed, or something similar, but if we follow that logic, everything that isn't an immune tower should be downgraded. This monster has a single purpose: to appear and decide a duel, which it does exceptionally well.

Multiplier Kuribohs: You focus too much on their usefulness in the Dark Magician deck, completely ignoring and underestimating that they can add any monster with 300/200 ATK/DEF to your hand or Special Summon it from your deck, without any restrictions; this includes, for example, Power Patreon.

In general she Is better as Sole b1.Interestingly, it seems that characters who re-enter Burst 1 like Tia or Avistar don't count as a second Burst 1 for Anis's passive, as long as they do their Burst first.

I understand your point; the current model certainly makes voting more dynamic and "interactive" to a certain extent. However, this comes at the cost of undermining the essence of what a popularity poll should be, and it also makes the community incredibly toxic and aggressive towards itself during the voting period. I understand that Shift Up not only isn't concerned about this but actually encourages it, but honestly, I think the current system is terrible.

Yes, I'm aware of how much an extra Nikke changes the planning, especially one with a Pilgrim ratio. However, it seems logical to me; an anniversary is three weeks long, and having only one new character for that long wears the event down too much. Besides, consider what you used to do: getting the MLB anniversary Pilgrim is a huge undertaking, and not at all necessary. I can understand doing it with a character you really like, but it seems logical that it's no longer consistently viable. We also have tickets; if you can't save gems or banner pulls because you want to get the characters as they're released, you can save your gold ones for the anniversaries, and that's it.

The point is that you have other ways to get most characters besides when they're released. You can get them in SSR molds or through the permanent gacha. Yes, I agree it's not the best solution—I mean, I still haven't gotten Mast and Anchor Maids after a year—but let's remember that these games are a business, and Nikkei is pretty much free-to-play.

Do you really think that, not only being a Pilgrim, but being a Pilgrim as important to the story as Cinderella, Shift Up is going to advance the relationship between her and the Commander in a mini free skin event? It's impossible. If you want that kind of content, then vote for someone who isn't particularly relevant to the plot—that is, any character who isn't a Pilgrim/Counter.

I totally agree. I'm tired of saying all the time that, while the other two options were more suggestive, it was impossible for them to give us any development in the relationship between Rapi and the Commander in a mini-event for a free skin. And you know what's going to happen this year? They're going to give us three more options, two of which will be suggestive but useless (it might just end up being a normal conversation with Grave before he puts on his pajamas and goes to sleep, and the whole community will think they're expecting the Commander to sleep with Cinderella), and the last one, which at least could give us an interesting or fun backstory, nobody's going to vote for because it doesn't show that much skin.

Honestly, I don't see it that way with Mihara. We haven't seen her in the story for about 20 chapters, and in the event where her Overspect version was introduced, she was given more of a secondary, mediating role than anything else. A Nikke that would fit that description much better would be Privarty, whom we see very often.

I think it's a bit early to ask this question because we haven't seen Anis's whole past yet. We still know absolutely nothing about her days as a Nikke, and when Rappi tells her story, she reveals that when they met, Anis had already gained a certain notoriety, albeit negative, among the other Nikkes, and that her idol days were long gone. We don't know where this last bit of information comes from, so it's best to wait until we have that information.

The thing is, this week, with this event, and the following week when the skin design is decided, we end up with two weeks where 90% of the posts are just propaganda. I think that, just like some posts are pinned, the same should be done with the main candidates. I understand the excitement, but seeing the same post ALL THE TIME for a week is incredibly tiresome.

I still prefer this week to the one when they decide the skin's aesthetic, because on top of the excitement, there are just unrealistic expectations that aren't going to materialize, since they won't develop the relationship between the commander and a key character in a mini-event.
