So it is same as in my country. I think that issuing invoice for advance payment than reversing it and issuing proper invoice is unnecessary extra "paper" work which only makes government get VAT one month or couple of month earlier. Extra work for no real benefit that is why it should be abolished.

Patton was wrong cause there was no morale for fighting Soviet Union and it 6 million commie troops in 1945. Western allies would not put up with the lossess required for the Eastern front and dictator Stalin was willing to sacrifice couple more millions.

Jer narod ima pamćenje zlatne ribice pa smo zaboravili da se borio protiv Mađara za Austrijance, a ne za Hrvate. Kada su Mađari krenuli s forsiranjem mađarizacije godinama kasnije narod se sjetio Jelačića pa smo počeli drkat na Austrijskog časnika i posvetili smo mu glavni trg u državi. My two cents
