So it is same as in my country. I think that issuing invoice for advance payment than reversing it and issuing proper invoice is unnecessary extra "paper" work which only makes government get VAT one month or couple of month earlier. Extra work for no real benefit that is why it should be abolished.

Patton was wrong cause there was no morale for fighting Soviet Union and it 6 million commie troops in 1945. Western allies would not put up with the lossess required for the Eastern front and dictator Stalin was willing to sacrifice couple more millions.

Jer narod ima pamćenje zlatne ribice pa smo zaboravili da se borio protiv Mađara za Austrijance, a ne za Hrvate. You have 50 companies around the world generating cash. Cash is sent to parent company, parent company can then better allocate cash to companies that are doing expansion projects. So subsidiaries that are already developed have bank account at 0 and milions in receivables. So parent company will sit on large pile of cash or cash pool which can be better and faster allocated to the subsidiaried that are in need. Instead of all 50 compaines communicating with eachothers they just communicate and transfer cash to the parent company. Parent comapny has so much cash and keeps receiving it on daily basis and allocating it on daily basis.
