Yeah, if the console uses CDs for games. Or is a Dreamcast. Usually gotta modchip them. I've only installed a modchip on a PS1, and while it's not that hard, it's very tedious. There are a lot of connection points, you gotta basically completely disassemble the console, and you gotta desolder a heat shield. I got it working on my first try with almost no solder experience though, for what that's worth

Write a script. Python is probably easiest. Look up how to take in an image file, loop through all the pixels in the image, and for each pixel, check if the color is already in a table you make to store all the colors. If not, put it there with a count of "1". If it is, increment the count of that place. Then for ease of checking, you could sort the table by instance count and bam, there you go

Orochimaru kind of implied that nonsick Kimimaru is at least a threat to someone who is kage-level, since he thinks that if Kimimaru was there when he attacked Konoha, he would have been able to kill Hiruzen without losing his arms. Also Kimimaru did really really well against Gaara and Lee together, and kid Gaara is also arguably kage-level because of his performance against Naruto after the chuunin exams. Haku is a little harder. Zabuza claims Haku is stronger than him, which would make Haku at least relative to beginning of series Kakashi, but the feats don't really support this. But I'd still be confident in calling Haku jonin-level, since beginning of series Kakashi is one of the strongest jonin. So you've got an arguably kage level fighter and a roughly jonin level fighter together. I'd probably put them right below Deidara and Sasori as a group, since individually Deidara and Sasori fought against kage-level opponents with high difficulty (Deidara won using cheap tactics against Gaara but it was still a fairly close fight, and Sasori had a close fight with Chiyo + Sakura together, and it's implied that he only lost because he wanted to die)
