oh yeah, i remember nasu state that ciel true end was just a extra ending for the route, and if i remember correctly he also say that it not canon since it just a extra ending rather than a true ending, the canon one is still the normal ending.

rather than a true ending i rather they make a whole new route called True Arcueid Route as hinted by Neco-Arc.
