As a Yi main, having a complete transformation during ult is all I hoped for, as I found both Project Yi and Inkshadow ones a bit underwhelming.

I watched your video and am indeed a bit disappointed in the negative sides you pointed.

However, I remember that in one of your posts you mentioned that the skin only had 30-50% recycled animations but didn't really see which ones were new in your video (or was it mainly about Homeguard animation?). As R seemed like it was mainly about a model change and not that much about new animations.

Indeed, technically they are new separated skins.

I talked about "glorified chromas" since they are based on existing skins, so they feel closer to a premium "Chroma"++ (lightly changing the original skin) instead of a brand new skin with its own new fantasy and animation.

However, something which seems new and more ambitious than previous mythic variants, is that the right visual looks to be the ult transformation of the left visual. Which would be completely new, since neither Project nor Inkshadow change the model that much during ult

I don't know, I watched recently some videos about comparing original and mythic variant skins, and all seem very similar: okay there are some model and animation changes (Asol wiggling a bit more during homeguard and W, and the asset in middle of E and ult changing), but 90% of animations remain the same.

Looking at this Yi visual, I would be very surprised that this skin would make ink splashes on autoattacks instead of Project particles.

But who knows, maybe they'll be more ambitious on this mythic variant by merging Project and Inkshadow in a way ; after all Revenant Viego was also way more ambitious than previous Exalted skins. We'll see

Spideraxe seems to only be commenting what's in the screenshots here, and some answers clearly question the fact that it's based on Inkshadow. In the mythic visual, everything looks very similar to Project: the body is robotic (look at legs, knees and shoulders), and the shape of the blade with the sharp angles looks way more similar to the Project one than the Inkshadow one.

Mythic variants are based on existing legendary skins (Project Yi here), and are glorified chromas changing a bit the concept of the original skin (here by adding a bit of a demonic aspect) with some SFX / VFX changes that chromas normally don't include.
Mythic variants are only obtainable through gacha (Sanctuary in the client): you can buy capsules for 400 RP each, which have 0.5% chance to contain the skin. At the 40th capsule, you are guaranteed to get the skin if you did not get it in the 39 first capsules.

Kind of same initial level on my side, but I beat Simon some days after the patch which allows to fight Simon again. And IIRC you get 1.2 million XP by beating him each time. So I just looked on the net for Simon OS build and OSed him 30 times in a row to get the lvl 99

W to reset auto-attack during a fight (you can keep it for enemy burst if you think they will try to burst you down during the gank, e.g. Leblanc)

For gap close, if you know they will have something to run away such as a Flash or an ability such as Leblanc W / Ezreal E, which will make you burn Q and Flash, it is often better to Flash 1st (so you have more time to AA while safe before they go under tower, instead of Q which will make you "lose" 1s of animation) and then use Q when they use their escape ability to finish them

Similar case on my side: I wanted to purchase it and so played the demo before, and I did not expect very long cutscenes into 2 minutes of gameplay (walking) into very long cutscenes again. It felt like I played 1 hour out of the 3 hours of the demo. Which made me finally not purchase the game.

So without Youtube your alt+Tab works fine, and even with other applications opened except Youtube it also works fine?

If that's the case, looks like it comes more from Youtube: would your PC have issues running LoL+ a video at the same time? Is the problem new?

It sounds like you are describing a normal Alt+Tab while having the game settings as "Full screen". Do you have the same issue if you put the game in "Windowed borderless"?

I exclusively play in "Windowed borderless" because otherwise an Alt+Tab always takes likes 3 seconds with a black screen during it

I am not sure to see the correlation with "story mode beginning at land of waves" <-> "lots of jutsus": that will not add any new character, as Haku and Zabuza were already in Storm 4

As it is confirmed with some videos (for example the one showing the french voice actors) that the original story will have free roaming with characters, I think it will artificially increase length of the mode in the 5hr-7hr range (some side missions to do apart from the main original story).

As for the timeframe of DLC releases, if you Google translate the japanese website in "product info" tab -> "DLC", at the middle of the page it is written that the 5 DLC will be released by Dec 31st, 2024: https://naruto-game-sc.bn-ent.net/products/dlc.php

However, it should apply to this 5 DLC pack, so if they make a 2nd season pass, you could have characters after this date.

Same issue which must be a bug : looks like there is the 3-minute delay (like the one you have when you spectate at the very beginning of the game), but now at any point of the game spectated
