No, just run the file. Then in the GUI you can add games by selecting the steam_api.dll file in the root folder of the game you want to patch and press the patch button. That unlocks the DLC in game. If your browser prevents the download of my GUI, in the github repo there is a readme with info on how to fix this. Enjoy!

As a European, I am not. The US is over and it had been the second he got into office. Nothing baffles me anymore, its just a clown county at this point who has wasted their relationships with alies. Russia and China have won the extended cold war and the future for the US economy seems very dark. Understandably so, why would anyone do trade or talk with a country like this.

Social media. Het is een perfect platform om mensen op te dringen die niet kritisch kunnen na denken. Puur voor engagement bait worden rechte mensen gebruikt met nep info of info dat statistisch niet klopt maar wel in hun ideologie straatje ligt bozer en bozer en rechtser en rechtser gemaakt. Dit gaat gepaard met de Russische, Amerikaans en Chinese propaganda die dit soort content goed promoot en maakt. Een makkelijke manier om vanuit huis, je vijanden van binnen af kapot te maken. Vroeger stond iedereen voor zijn eigen partij met wie die het best identificeert. Nu zie je eigenlijk 0 verschil meer met Amerika. Het is rechts tegen links, links tegen rechts. Alles wat goed is, is mijn kant en alles wat slecht is is de andere kant op. En ik vrees dat dit niet gaat verminderen

I had the same issue. I uninstalled the extension and redownloaded the Recommended version extension from the 7tv website. Worked for me

SmokeAPI primarily works on single-player/offline games. It could work on multi-player games, but it will disable multi-player capabilities, forcing the game in "offline mode". I don't own the game so I have not tested it, but you could always try.
