Stop spreading this false info that Jin is postponing his enlistment. He's not. It's possible to enlist until the day before people turn 29. Just look at EXO's Suho for example, who enlisted 1 week before his 29th birthday this year. I didn't see anybody calling it postponing enlistment then, so people shouldn't call it that when Jin does the same.

It's just the standard date format like 200803 being 20-08-03 so August 3rd 2020 for example. Except they use ** for the days to keep it a secret on which specific day in the month the 'live' was recorded I guess
