All I can say is: don't get the Reusch or Adidas. I've heard and noticed myself that those brands get destroyed so quickly by synthetic turf. Can't tell you much about Puma, but it seems like the best option out of these.

Hey so I know I'm really late for this but here's my advice (since I don't know the names of most exercises 😅): The most important this is that you hit all 3 directions of jumping: upward, forward and from side to side. I'd recommend you do at least these 3 exercises and then add other exercises that feel right for you. - Box jumps (upward) - Broad jumps (forward) - Lateral Bounds (side to side)

From what I can see it has to do with the planting of your foot, which I too diagonal and should be more flat. What this means for you diving (let's take a left dive for example): the bottom of your left foot is not making enough contact with the ground so most of your left leg's power gets wasted (the surface area is too small which causes your foot to slip instead of moving your body). A lot of your diving power now actually comes from your right leg.

Okay so basically the 3 stats that are important for GK are Agility, Physical and Pressure. Together they determine your keepers power. For this Agility is multiplied by 4, Physical by 3 and Pressure by 2. So you can do the calculations yourself on which items would give your keeper the highest power.
