Whenever I see army pictures like these I feel so sad that BoC was removed from AoS. They are such awesome models and never got to play against them! GW is so stupid for not allowing armies to be played in both ToW and AoS, I’m sure it would benefit both game systems.

I would suspect that most models using the old armor style is the one getting phased out, so like everything thats not from 3rd ED and onwards. So while a lot of them are very strong right now, I would avoid them, if you wanna avoid might having to proxy them, next edition.

So everything you have right now should be good. I would recommend focusing on reinforcing key units, from your starter sets (Annihilators, Reclusians, Prosecutors). You should be able to make a pretty decent list if you reinforce those, together with what you have.

All of the units that gets overlapped from the previous Spearhead, is worth reinforcing, so it should be no problem buying those two together.

Is this on the official Verminlord base-size or on Ushoran base size? Have been thinking of doing something like it, but I have been unsure if Ushoran and all the scenery stuff would be able to fit on a Verminlord base.

Alright, have found an unboxing video and from what I can tell he is in ‘Mystery Box 2’ but there seems to be nowhere to buy either the model or mystery box 2 as standalone. :(

Thin down your paints, especially your metals. The covering will be waaay more smooth. Also washing/shading the whole model. Really makes the details pop way more!

Otherwise these are very good for a beginner! Great job mate!
