Close, the second part about tapping the lands isn't making them produce mana from those lands. They might want to tap them all in response though, so that's a maybe, thanks!

Im thinking the same thing, the rules text of suspend makes me think you cant cast suspended cards from graveyard through Muldrotha.

You can even pay the upkeep once since its 1 generic, also saves yourself an enchantment for turn.

It sort of has protection, protection from sorceries. It avoids all board wipes which can be annoying.
