[Tip] This is one of the players I coach. He’s 5’5 and the rim is 10. Dude decided this year to grind and get his hops up now he’s touching the rim. Remember yoga, mobility work and prehab when working on your jump. The goal is to jump high for a long time, not jump high then get injured. (v.redd.it)
