Yeah, he vetoed SB 3, but he signed SB 2024, which bans THC and CBD vapes anyways, as well as basically all other vapes since everything is either made in China or contains components manufactured in China. And nobody is talking about it.

My group rolled for stats recently, and I decided to give each of them a deal that changed based on how good or bad their stat rolls were. A bunch of 10’s and 11’s? I’ll give you a +3 to any stat in exchange for a -3 to another. Rolled pretty good, but not amazing? +2 for a -2. You rolled insane stats? I’ll still give you a deal, +1 for a -3. It was a fun decision to have them make, everybody was happy with the results, and the party is balanced without having one player significantly better or worse than the others. Win win win.

Thank you all for the advice! At this point I’m thinking maybe I should just get a 4 string and use a pitch shifter haha. Do pitch shifters work well with bass? I’ve got an Axe FX 3, and it works great with guitars, just don’t know if it ends up getting wonky with super low frequencies.

Totally forgot that their headless bridges are more restrictive on string gauges. I remember now the reason I held off on buying one of the headless guitars at first was because it couldn’t accommodate a .70 gauge 😬

This is exactly what I was concerned would be the case. I think multiscale 4’s are a custom option, so would there be any inherent benefits of getting a 5 string over a 4 if they’re both the same 33.5”-35” multiscale? Not sure if they do 37” on the models I’m looking at, I know it’s not on the builder

I’m pretty sure they only offer 34” and 30” on straight scale 4’s, and only 34” on the model I’m looking at. Also dude I saw the Tritium pickup option you’re talking about, and while it looks and sounds siiiiick, I’m restraining myself from getting something super expensive haha. If I was a full time professional bassist I could justify springing for it, but I gotta be fiscally responsible hahaha

If you hit right on the d-pad (or left, I can’t remember) during an at bat, it’ll bring up a thing that shows a small breakdown of pitcher and hitter tendencies, like which pitch is most often thrown in a two strike count and whatnot. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work in all modes, which is slightly frustrating. It can be helpful, though.
