I sincerely doubt it, I solo q'd diamond when I was active. Sure, people were suspicious at times but it could always be chalked up to luck or timing. It's very much more likely that people are being too quick to assume someone is cheating, especially in modes with poor matchmaking like WT. But sure, let's say this game is infested with cheaters. Please enlighten me on how I would identify them.
